Why Buy from Lifted Hopes.
I decided to establish the Lifted Hopes shop to give the power back to the women who overcome their circumstances on a daily basis. There is no middleman involved or a mass production plan.
My vision for Lifted Hope involves two specific elements. Firstly, I want to provide the makers of the bracelets with a decent wage and a comfortable working space. This is why I took out the middleman and decided to sell bracelets directly to the public. If the business can continue to grow I wants to employ at least 50 more women.
The second element is to bring a whole new quality to beaded bracelet designs and quality. This means coming up with new designs frequently and using only high quality beads. I also mentor and trains my team to the best of my ability.

Shipping FAQ’S
Where are Bracelets shipped from?
All the Bracelets we sell are shipped from USA. They will be shipped from either Dayton, Ohio or Fairfax, Virginia.
We ship your order within one business day. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service.
Your order will take anywhere between 3 to 5 days to arrive
We strive to keep our customers happy by providing constant communication and fast turnaround time. Every order comes with a tracking number, which gets emailed to you as soon as your item ships. IF for any unfortunate reason your package gets lost in the mail and doesn’t show ‘delivered’ in tracking – We are happy to take responsibility and offer refund or re-ship your item.
Shipping and Handling Charges.
We charge flat rate shipping of $2.99 for all orders under $25.00 within USA.
Orders over $25.00 are shipped FREE.
If you want your order fast, we can ship it via USPS priority mail or USPS express mail too. However there is an additional charge for this.
For shipping USPS priority mail there is an additional charge of $6.00 and USPS express mail overnight is $22.00.
Every order comes with a tracking number, which gets emailed to you as soon as your item ships. IF for any unfortunate reason your package gets lost in the mail and doesn’t show ‘delivered’ in tracking – I am happy to take responsibility and offer refund or re-ship your item.
International Shipping.
We gladly ship anywhere in the world for Flat Shipping charge of $24.00. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Package.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.

Refund, Return and Exchanges.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly either by refunding or exchange.
If items are damaged when you receive it we will need a you to send us a clear picture of damaged item. We will then decide if you have to return the item or refund or exchange.
If you choose to return an item with no fault of our own, the buyer will have to pay for return shipping. Upon receiving the item we will refund the purchase price only.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless there was an error on our part.
We do not charge any restocking fee.
